SHIPPING POLICY

This policy explains where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes.

Where we ship

Verrone ships to the United States and to more than 150 countries worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.

Shipping rates

Shipping within the United States is free on every order, with no minimum to reach.

International shipping is calculated at checkout for your delivery address. The cost varies by destination and by the size and weight of the item, so the exact figure is shown to you before you pay. All prices and shipping charges are in US dollars.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Within the United States, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

International delivery commonly takes 7 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and on how quickly your local customs authority releases the parcel.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Duties, taxes and customs on international orders

Prices on this site do not include import duty or local sales tax such as VAT or GST. Depending on where you live, your government may charge these when the parcel arrives, and the carrier may add a handling fee for collecting them.

These charges are set by your own government, not by Verrone. They are payable by you, usually before the carrier will release the parcel. We cannot calculate them at checkout, we do not receive any part of them, and we are not able to refund them.

If you are unsure what you may owe, check your country's import threshold for leather goods before ordering.

Refused or unclaimed international parcels

If a parcel is refused at delivery or left unclaimed at customs, the carrier may return it to us or dispose of it. Where a parcel is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the item less the original shipping cost. We cannot refund duties or taxes.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves us. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Delivery addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and we cannot take responsibility for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur a further shipping charge.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel has not arrived, check with your household and neighbours and allow 48 hours, as carriers occasionally scan early. If it still has not appeared, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 7 days.

Sales tax

US sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable and shown before you pay.
