SHIPPING POLICY

This policy explains where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes.

Where we ship

Verrone currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship
internationally at this time.

Shipping rates

- Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum to reach.

Rates are shown in US dollars and are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends
and public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery usually arrives 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and begin once the order has shipped,
not when it is placed.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once
your order leaves us. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin
updating.

Delivery addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to
redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and we cannot take responsibility for
orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us
as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur a
further shipping charge.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but the parcel has not arrived, please check
with your household and neighbours and allow 48 hours, as carriers
occasionally scan early. If it still has not appeared, contact us and we will
open an enquiry with the carrier. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the
packaging and contents and contact us within 7 days.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable and is shown before you pay.
